Return & Refund

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unwashed, and in original condition, with original packaging and tags

. • washed, damaged items, or items without original packaging or tags are not eligible.

• If the issue is due to our error, we cover all shipping costs.

• If the request is based on customer preference, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مغسولة، وبحالتها الأصلية، مع التغليف والعلامات الأصلية.

• المنتجات المغسولة أو التالفة، أو التي بدون التغليف أو العلامات الأصلية غير مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

• إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا، نغطي كافة تكاليف الشحن. • إذا كان الطلب بناءً على رغبة العميل، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن.

• يتم استرداد المبالغ المعتمدة خلال 7–14 يوم عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج.
